The Promoter is Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions (ACN 007 706 934) of Suite 1.05, Quad 1, 8 Parkview Drive, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.
Promotion will be run in both Australia & New Zealand.
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Avery Dennison and Triple 888 and the immediate families of their Promoters (as defined hereinbelow), suppliers and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
The Competition commences on 1 July 2019 at 8.00am AEST and closes on 31 August 2019 at 5:00pm AEST ("Competition Period").
All entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period.
To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period:
purchase any Avery Dennison graphics and/or window films material valued over $500.00 AUD including GST (in Australia) or $500.00 NZD including GST (in New Zealand) from an authorised Avery Dennison distributor.

This is a game of chance.
One draw will be conducted and the Promoter will notify the winner in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out in the Schedule.
The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period will receive one (1) travel prize for the winner and three (3) companions.

Travel, accommodation and vouchers included in the prize must be taken together. Any element of the prize not taken will be deemed forfeited. It is the winner's (and his/her companions’, if any) responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. The prize winner and his/her companions (if any) must depart on the same flight. If the prize winner is unable to travel on the dates notified by the Promoter, the prize winner may forfeit the prize at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter. Prize is not redeemable upon cancellation. The prize winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once the booking is confirmed and ticketed. The prize winner and his/her companion are responsible for their own travel insurance for their period of travel. The prize is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on restrictions or requirements of the prize, including but not limited to: general inclusions and exclusions of the prize as advised by the Promoter and/or the prize providers, selected seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation provider. The single draw for one prize winner will be randomly selected by a physical draw on Friday 6th September 2019, 10:00am AEST at the Promoters location.
Winner will be announced on Friday 6th September 2019, 12:00pm AEST.
The winner will be contacted via his/her mobile phone and email, and details will be displayed in The Advertiser.
If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded, a prize redraw will be conducted on Friday 13th September, 10:00am AEST in the same method and at the same location as the original draw.
Entrants must be 18 years old and above to participate.
If the Promoter is unable to supply the nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply another prize of greater or equal value.
Any cost associated with entering the competition and accessing the Internet is the responsibility of the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant whom the Promoter believes has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry otherwise than in accordance with these conditions of entry.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for entries not received by the Promoter. Entries will be deemed invalid if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Each work submitted as part of an entry ("Work") becomes the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entry, each entrant irrevocably grants to the Promoter a non-exclusive perpetual worldwide license to use and exploit all intellectual property rights (including without limitation, copyright) in and to the Work and consents to the Promoter doing (or omitting to do) any acts in respect of the Work which may otherwise constitute an infringement of an entrant’s moral rights. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter may use all or part of an entrant’s Work(s) for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, whether in respect of the competition, the Promoter or otherwise. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the Work submitted is an original work of the entrant, which does not infringe any rights of any third party. A breach of the warranty set out in this condition will result in the entrant’s entry being invalid. In addition, each entrant indemnifies the Promoter against all loss, damages and costs incurred by the Promoter arising from that entrant’s breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
